TERMS OF SERVICE

1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JAWLEY.DEV website and services ("we", "our", "us"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. SERVICES
We provide digital design and development services, including:
- Custom website development
- Web application engineering
- Digital product design
- Technical consulting
3. PROJECT ENGAGEMENT
Every project starts with a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) outlining scope, timeline, and deliverables. This SOW serves as the binding agreement between JAWLEY.DEV and the Client.
Scope Changes
Any work outside the original SOW will be billed separately. We require written approval for all scope changes before execution.
4. PAYMENTS
We operate on a standard 50/50 payment schedule unless otherwise defined in the SOW:
- 50% non-refundable deposit to book the time slot.
- 50% final payment due upon project completion, before final file delivery.
Invoices are due within 15 days of issue. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
5. CLIENT ASSETS
Clients are expected to provide all necessary copy, images, and credentials in a designated timeframe. Delays in providing assets will result in project timeline delays.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon full payment, the Client owns all final visual designs and custom code created specifically for their project.
JAWLEY.DEV retains the right to use the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials. We also retain ownership of any reusable code libraries or frameworks developed prior to or during the project.
7. WARRANTIES & LIABILITY
We provide a 30-day warranty period after launch to fix any bugs related to our code. This does not cover issues caused by third-party services, plugins, or client modifications.
JAWLEY.DEV is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services.
